Emergency veterinary consent

If urgent veterinary assistance appears reasonably necessary, the groomer will try to contact me or my emergency contact. If I cannot be reached promptly and delay could compromise my dog's welfare, I authorise reasonable steps to seek emergency veterinary care.

Veterinary costs are generally payable by the owner except where applicable law makes the business responsible. This agreement does not exclude any non-excludable Australian Consumer Law rights.
